St. Andrew’s is pleased to make its facilities available to the community. The sanctuary works very well as a venue for concerts and recitals seating. There are two larger public washrooms available below narthex down one flight of stairs. The auditorium and other rooms are available for a a variety of functions such as meetings, rehearsals, family gatherings, and in the case of the auditorium, banquets. Access to these facilities, both upstairs and downstairs, are barrier-free.
St. Andrew’s also welcomes the use of its facilities for weddings and funerals – see under the heading “worship”.

Rental Fee Structure for Rehearsal Space/Non-ticketed Events – Sanctuary (seating for 420, plus 120 in the balcony)
*Rental includes access to vestry, bathroom off vestry and larger public washrooms downstairs from the narthex.

*Ticketed events include use of vestry, larger public washrooms downstairs from the narthex, kitchenette, board room and lounge spaces. Larger kitchen use for food preparation incurs an extra fee of $35 per hour. Reception space (auditorium) will also incur an extra fee of $50 per hour.
